To open an account, please register on our website. The registration of a personal account here, for a corporate account please click here, then follow the instruction, complete the verification and continue to your onboarding.
The Opsy application is currently available in English only. We are planning to add more languages in future.
Individuals aged 18 and over as well as legal entities can open an Opsy account after completing registration and verification.
The verification process takes up to 48 hours upon documents receipt.
For verification, use our Internet Banking System to upload documents. If you have received the request for additional documents from our compliance team, you can provide the necessary documents by replying to this email.
Identity documents:
For EU and UK citizens you will need a passport or photo ID card.
For other countries you will need two photo identity documents. (E.g. passport, ID, driving license, residency card).
Please note that the copies of both sides of your identity documents should be provided.
As a proof of address the following documents will be accepted:
- Bank statement or credit card statements with your name and address on it.
- Utility bills (electricity, water, gas) with your name and address on it.
- Service bills (telephony, internet) with your name and address on it.
- Voter ID card.
- Residence Permit.
- Insurance policy document with your name and address on it.
Employer issued letter or pay slip indicating your work address and residential address.
Please note that provided proof of address should not be older than three months.

Please note that you have to hold your identity document in your hand while making a selfie. The document on the photo should be readable and not flipped over.
OPSY reserve the right to request additional documents for your verification where necessary.
our account is multicurrency account. Use the Exchange option in the menu to convert your balance to the desired currency.
A certified translation is signed and dated by a professional translator with official certification or court oath.
Your account can be loaded via SEPA, Wire transfer or local UK bank in GBP. To find instructions in the Opsy cabinet, click on Top Up your account.
SEPA and GBP payments take up to 1 business day, SWIFT payments take up to 3 business days.

Access your currency balances in the Opsy cabinet online on the web, Android or iOS app near your account number.
Your payment will be returned to the sender bank account. We accept deposit only in EUR (SEPA and SWIFT payments) and GBP.
Only one account per person is allowed within the Opsy system, but you can keep various currencies in the same account.
We do not offer escrow services.
Opsy Multi-Currency Accounts allow you to hold various currency balances on one account.
Opsy provides payment solutions in EUR, GBP, UAH and Israel shekel.
BAN stands for International Bank Account Number, used in UK and EU countries and others.
Your IBAN can be found in your Opsy cabinet.

Opsy exchange rates are updated every 5 minutes in the Opsy cabinet > Exchange services tab.
No, Opsy accounts do not accrue interest.
There are no maximum balance limits for Opsy accounts.
No, there is no minimum opening balance.

There are no limits for Bank payments. Card payments has differnet limits for different currencies, please check your limit in Opsy cabinet>Payments>To card.
SEPA stands for Single Euro Payments Area and is used for EUR payments.
Opsy offers fast transfers, typically taking few minutes.

Register an account, get verified, load your account with the funds and use the Exchange service tab to exchange currencies.
Some exchanges are processed manually, so wait for the operation manager to complete them.
You may reset password via Password reset feature on your account.

In our apps we use biomtric login to identify that this is realy you.
In our web app we use 2-factor audentification for all critical actions, like login, changing of the password or withdrawal of money.
There are three 2FA (2-factor audentification) methods:
Using Authenticatior app,
Using SMS, which you recive on registered number,
Usign code from email, which you used for creating an account.
